I have been wanting to write on a lot of things from a very long time, but, haven't found the time for it. As I sit in front of my computer, I have made my mind to write, finally. The topic that has been on my mind from a few years has been about entrepreneurship. I don't want to provide you with the etymology of the word, nor some of the best ones in the world. I am not sure if anyone could be called the best entrepreneur in the world as well, as every entrepreneur is unique in some form or another and it would be good to learn from anyone and everyone. I have always been questioning myself these days as to why I got into this habit of thinking about entrepreneurship and their way of life. I think it is very simple - I am trained as an engineer and in order to really call myself one - I should create a product which will be beneficial to the society (big or small). In current state of affairs, it is not easy to develop a product which is going to change this world - sorry to say this, but, no product in this world has changed the world, probably no product will. Some of the best products will affect the world and it's market is what I could say. So, with these thoughts in my mind, as usual, contradicting, I begin my journey in writing regularly.
I see an entrepreneur in every one of us. We run our lives the way we want to - this is what we call the business of life.
I am sharing here one of the good non-traditional ways of thinking about leadership, which is essential to make a profit making organisation. I think we see examples daily in our life which could be effectively used in businesses. Get out there, get ridiculed, if you are doing something and is not liked by many, just continue to do it and it will soon be emulated. Businesses is not just about leadership.
As General George S Patton once said " Lead me or follow me or get out of my way".
